Our Areas

METROPOLITAN AREA WEST SECTOR

Escazú, Rohrmoser, Sabana, Santa Ana, Ciudad Colón

The western sector is the area of Costa Rica with the most real estate development in the last 20 years, particularly Santa Ana and Escazú; this is due to the arrival of transnational companies and service centers that have made this sector a place with a lot of demand for premium products and services. More demanding clients, many of them foreigners, have pushed the market in this area to have the best gastronomic, real estate, health, beauty, etc. offers. With a temperate climate throughout the year, and a little cooler in the mountains of Escazú, the western sector is the heart of the good life in Costa Rica.

METROPOLITAN AREA HEREDIA SECTOR

San Isidro, San Rafael, San Pablo, Santo Domingo, San Francisco, Ulloa, Flores, Belén

In the central north sector, we have the province of Heredia, which stands out for a large concentration of free trade zones, many of them high-tech companies. Heredia has a great variety of microclimates, due to its lush mountains, so we can have cool temperatures from 16 to 24 degrees Celsius in the northernmost areas, due to the influence of Braulio Carrillo National Park and its rainy tropical climate and temperatures from 24 to 30 degrees, in the flatter areas.

METROPOLITAN AREA ALAJUELA SECTOR

La Guácima, San Rafael, Grecia, La Garita

Alajuela is quite diverse as it has a wide development of warehouses and industrial parks due to its proximity to the international airport. Additionally, there are sectors that have had significant urban and real estate growth, due to their ease of access to the metropolitan area, and equally to the Pacific beaches through the Bernardo Soto Highway and Route 27.

METROPOLITAN AREA EAST SECTOR

Curridabat, Tres Ríos, Cartago central

In the eastern sector of the metropolitan area, there are settlements with cooler temperatures compared to other parts of the country. In Curridabat and Tres Ríos, temperatures range from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius, while in Cartago, temperatures between 14 and 22 degrees can be found. The strategic location, urban and infrastructure development in growth, and quality of life (proximity to high-end health, commerce, and gastronomy centers) in Tres Ríos and Curridabat, make this sector one of the most sought after places to live and/or invest. On the other hand, central Cartago offers organic growth of free trade zones and industrial parks, as well as a pleasant climate, beautiful views, and accelerated development in tourist matters.

METROPOLITAN AREA NORTH SECTOR

Moravia, Coronado, Montes de Oca, Granadilla, Sabanilla

The northern sector of the metropolitan area is a sector that mixes urban and commercial aspects, with a good offer of services, and with easy access to the city center of San José. Very convenient for people working in the central offices of many public sector companies and banking institutions. In general, it has a fairly cool climate, just like in the eastern sector.
